You may only clone your own voice on Kinbir. To prove it, enrollment requires a video of your face while you read a consent statement out loud. The recording is the consent. We keep it for as long as your voice exists on Kinbir.
Voices of other people — celebrities, politicians, family members, friends, anyone who is not the person on camera — are rejected. Trying to enroll someone else's voice gets your account banned.
Never use Kinbir to create audio that:
This applies even when the voice is your own. Your voice reading a scam script is still a scam.
If we believe a voice was enrolled dishonestly or is being misused, we can disable it or delete it immediately, without notice. We do not need to prove anything first — protecting people from voice abuse matters more than convenience.
Be clear about what revocation can and cannot do: revoking a voice stops all future generations with it. It cannot recall audio files that were already generated and downloaded. Once a file is on someone's device, we have no way to reach it.
We cooperate with law enforcement. If we receive a valid legal request about misuse of the service, we will share what we have — enrollment videos, usage logs, and account details.
When the voice marketplace opens, some people will license their voice for other creators to use. Their protections are part of this policy:
