This is a plain-language summary of how Kinbir works, not legal advice.
What we store
- Your enrollment video and the audio taken from it. The video is your consent record; the audio teaches the model your voice. Both stay stored for as long as your voice exists on Kinbir.
- Your email address — used to send your access code and to contact you about your account. Nothing else. No marketing lists.
- Usage and cost logs — which account generated what, when, how long the audio was, and what it cost to produce. We need this to run the service and enforce daily limits.
- Basic analytics events — page visits (path and referrer with a random browser id, no cookies), sign-ins, and generation activity. We do not store your IP address or track you across other websites.
- Script drafts you edit — when you edit an AI-written script before generating, the before/after pair is kept to improve the writer.
What we do not store
- Generated audio. Your finished voiceovers are deleted from our servers within 24 hours. Download your files when they are ready — we cannot recover them later.
- Payment details. We never see or hold card numbers. When paid plans launch, payments will be handled by Stripe on their systems, not ours.
- Passwords. There are none — your access code is your key.
Deletion
Ask us to delete your voice and it is gone completely: the cloned voice, the enrollment video, and the extracted audio are all removed. You can also delete individual voices yourself from the studio. Email genetmworku@gmail.com for full account deletion.
Who can see your data
Your voice is private to your account. Nobody else can generate with it unless you explicitly license it through the marketplace (when that opens). The only people with admin access to stored data are the people who run Kinbir, and we look at your data only to operate the service, review enrollments, or investigate abuse. See the Voice Policy for how we respond to legal requests.
